I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Terrace in Newlands, and it did not disappoint! After a long day of work, we were craving something delicious but didn’t feel like cooking. The Terrace was the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – attentive, friendly, and professional. The burger was a standout: juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, and I couldn't get enough. As for the steak, it was cooked exactly to my liking – medium well, tender, and full of flavor. Everything about the meal was spot on. The atmosphere at The Terrace is also worth mentioning. It’s cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to unwind after a busy day. This place truly feels like another Copper Collection gem, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

FINALLY, the sub-par Greek restaurant has been replaced with a NEW RESTAURANT. Same owners as Patina, the steakhouse inside the mall; and Botany, the cocktail bar. After a long renovation, The Terrace finally opened. It’s obvious that no expense was spared on the decor, and the new interior is lovely. We started with cocktails, both of which were good. Mains (both fish) were excellent and we polished our plates. Service, however, was APPALLING. Waitress had NO IDEA about anything on the drinks or food menu. Why spend so much money on refurbishment and nothing on staff training? The ordeal to get the bill paid with a card machine was unnecessary and almost spoiled the evening. Recommended

Great place with fantastic atmosphere and welcoming, attentive staff. Our pizza and sushi were both amazing! Fresh ingredients and hearty portions. Their half-price specials on sushi and pizza made sure we visited multiple times! Would 100% go again.

A gem of a place in Newlands. The menu includes some items you wouldn’t expect together - sushi, pizza and grills - but each Is done well. Our sushi was perfect. Goid size and lovely combo. Also enjoyed the fried calamari tapas with the most delicious peanut sauce. Our server, Kendall is charming, helpful and attentive without being obtrusive. Excellent

Had the most wonderful Mother’s day lunch here. What a fantastic experience, lovely atmosphere and great food. One of the best creme brulees I've ever had! Thank you to the staff Kendall and Patrick for their hospitality.
